How do I place an order?

We are delighted to hear you are thinking of placing an order with us! You can place an order online 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

If you are unable to place your order online please feel free to call! We’d be delighted to help on 01434 409085. If we can’t take your call just leave a message- we’ll call you back as soon as we can

How do I amend the quantity of items in my basket?

Simply click the + – symbol next to the item quantity or type in the correct quantity you would like. Now click the ‘Update Basket’ box to confirm the new quantity.

How long will it usually take for my order to reach me?

– For our standard delivery please allow 3-5 working days (there may very occasionally be delays in the current situation).

– Our express delivery is a guaranteed next day delivery by 9pm. Please note that your order must be placed by 12pm- & this applies Monday to Friday. Please also kindly note that we cannot offer an express delivery service for any of our larger items.

Do I need a Paypal account to pay for my order?

No – you can pay with a credit or debit card (this excludes American Express). Simply tick the ‘credit card payment’ box at checkout.

Do you also offer payment via Paypal?

Yes, we can accept payment via Paypal.

Is it possible to send a gift?

Yes! We love to send your gifts! When you have filled in your billing details at checkout, you will see ‘Deliver To A Different Address?’- Simply tick this box (no invoice will be included in the box) and put in the name and address of the recipient.

If you would like us to include a hand written card just add your message in the ‘Order Notes’ box.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes we do! And it is free of charge. Just tick the Free Gift Wrapping Box – you’ll find it below your billing details.

Do you offer gift vouchers?

Can I place an order if I live abroad?

Absolutely you can! Please contact us on +44 1434 409085 or at info@ibbidirect.co.uk and if you let us know what you would like to order we will get the best available shipping quote for you.

If an item is out of stock, can I still order it?

We are always delighted to contact our suppliers for you, to see if we can get specific items for our customers – just email or call with your request – we’ll do our very best!

How do I apply a promo code?

Please enter your promotional code online at the beginning of the checkout process in the ‘Have A Coupon?’ box. We offer 10% off your first order when you subscribe to our newsletter.

Please kindly note that promotional codes are not valid on discounted items, gift vouchers, clearance products or items in our sale section.
