SPOTLIGHT: OUR CERAMICS
For the past 12 years we have been proud to support Potterswork, a beautiful small pottery based in the heart of Cape Town, South Africa, where the team of highly talented artists have created their colourful, intricately decorated ceramics, for which the pottery has become renowned across the world.
This however is no ordinary pottery, with many of the Potterswork artists having had no formal artistic training. They- and all their co- workers: the fettlers, the slip casters & the kiln specialists & the packers, learn their craft in-house. Through their work at Potterswork they are able to support themselves and their extended families- which is why these are ceramics to be treasured- but used and enjoyed every single day.
We are currently working with Potterswork to create new ceramics for 2025. We hope you'll love the new collection as much as we do. Until then you can shop our current collections online- but if you ever have specific colours and patterns in mind for a unique collection of your own, do get in touch. We are delighted to work on bespoke collections too.
