Cusco blanket measuring 202x164cm made of sheep wool woven high in the Andes. It has borders in different intense tones, with a very striking ecru background. With two black borders that make it elegant.

This Cusco blanket is hand-woven in the South American Altiplano. It has been woven on a wooden loom that is tied at one end to a stick and at the other to the weaver’s waist. An alpaca bone has been used to braid the wool when making the drawings. As it is such a manual work, it can present small irregularities and “perfect” imperfections.

Ethnic looms are made of 100% sheep wool dyed with natural pigments. Its color can vary and it is sensitive to direct light.
